The Martha & Mary Senior Housing Project (left) at Village Green in Kingston, WA and the Wiley Center (above) at Greenbridge in the Greater Seattle Area are representative of major projects within large community developments, which have dramatically changed entire neighborhood.
The Martha & Mary Senior Housing Project is the first phase of the Village Green Development in Kingston, WA, which includes a park, tennis courts and will eventually include a Community Center & Library.
The Jim Wiley Center at Greenbridge was renovated in conjunction with the new construction of a central plaza and housing off the plaza. Greenbridge is the Hope VI Revelopment of the former Park Lake neighborhood.

The Pacific Court Community Center in Tukwila, WA for the King County Housng Authority (KCHA) and Sound Mental Health is representative of a number of community centers, which Barry Hoyne served as the Architect Principal-in-Charge.

These three centers all function jointy as KCHA community centers and the Boys & Girls Club. Additional community centers designed by Hoyne were often constructed as part of his affordable housing projects such as Sea Breeze (below).

Affordable Housing projects designed by Barry include family housing, senior housing, farm worker housing, and emergency transitional housing & shelters.
Such affordable housing projects have been designed for various Housing Authorities, Non-Profit Organizations, and Developers. Projects have been a mix of new construction and renovations.
