Recently Completed: 1926 Wallingford House Restoration / Renovations
Barry Hoyne was the owner, architect, and design-build contractor for the renovation of this Dutch Colonial house. The renovation project was completed and the property sold in February 2014.
Major renovation work over the years included several phases of work:
1. Abatement of the existing asbestos siding and restoration of the building exterior. 2. Site work including construction of the giant rockery & organic gardens. 3. Extensive interior upgrades including kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and space plan modifications.

CURRENT ARCHITECTURAL COLLABORATIONS:
Redmond Senior Housing Project
Barry Hoyne is teamed with Sage Architectural Alliance, Shelter Resources, Inc., Providence, and Dawson Construction on this most interesting, high profile 75-unit Senior Housing project located across from Redmond City Library. The project includes 75-units of affordable senior housing and a PACE (Program for All Inclusive Care of the Elderly) clinic.
The project design has been verbally approved by the Redmond Design Review Board and further design development and te preparation of construction documents is on-going. The project is scheduled for permit submittal in early 2015 and to start construction late 2015.

HopeSource / CAC Renovation Portfolios
Barry Hoyne is working in collaboration with Schemata Workshop and Shelter Resources, Inc. for this large renovation project.
Ten existing affordable housing projects located throughout the State have been grouped together ito create two portfolios. The HopeSource Portfolio consists of six projects and the CAC Portfolio has four existing properties.
The renovations are funding from multiple sources including USDA-Rural Development and Housing Trust Funds.
Shown above are the Garden Court Apartmets in Port Hadlock, WA, which is not part of either portfolio but was a similar project that Barry Hoyne recently renovated for Shelter Resources, Inc.
